Former President's Wife Ivana Trump died at the age of 73

Donald Trump's first wife, Ivana Trump, has died at the age of 73, family members announced Thursday.

The former president said in a post on Truth Social that She died at his home in New York City. A statement from the Trump family called her an "incredible woman".

She grew up in communist-ruled eastern Czechoslovakia and immigrated in the 1970s. She married her second husband Trump in 1977.

“She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life,” Donald Trump said in his post.

Despite the falling out, the two were on good terms in recent years, talking roughly once a week, Ivana Trump wrote in her 2017 memoir.
